Shipping Policy:

• All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted.
• We ship to North and South Island, New Zealand only.
• Shipping rates are set flat rates (see below).
• We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred for international orders.
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates as we rely on third-party shipping carriers.

Refund Policy:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
• Orders (unless damaged) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that since our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, size, and texture from the product images on our website. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade pottery and are not considered defects.

Local pick up
Free pick up is available from my studio in Greytown, Wairarapa. After your order is placed I’ll be in touch to organise a convenient time for pick up.
